Project: Subway Surfers (Sybo Games 2021-2022)

Project challenges and mission: When I joined the Subway Surfers UI/UX team, I discovered that there was no established workflow in place, leading to noticeable inconsistencies throughout the game’s interface. Motivated by this challenge, I set out to implement best practices for UI/UX workflows, and establish roadmaps for improvements alongside clear implementation guidelines. I ensured that our UI/UX team could access all resources, enabling us to produce more cohesive designs. Additionally, I took the opportunity to refine the UI styles, enhancing clarity around interactive elements to improve player engagement and experience.
